The destinations under public service obligation (from Rome Fiumicino/Milan Linate to Alghero, Cagliari, Olbia and Comiso airports) are not on sale at the moment because ITA is not the assignee of the following flight routes and cannot automatically provide service for these routes once Alitalia in AS ceases its operations. ITA confirms its attention to all territories connected through territorial continuity flights and will follow with great interest all developments of this issue and is available to take into consideration its participation to any public tender that the competent Authorities will launch for the attribution of flight routes operated under public service obligation. In addition, referring to specific extra UE destinations (Argentina, Brazil, Japan, the United States), plus Belgrade, ITA is finalizing the certification process required to start ticket sales as soon as possible.
